We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at Allure of the Quad Cities in Moline, Illinois. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals
Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients with varying healthcare needs
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to registered nurses and physicians
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and outcomes
Participate in education and training programs to maintain current knowledge and skills

Requirements:

Current LPN licensure in the state of Illinois
0-2 years of experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing dignified and compassionate care to patients and families

What We Offer:

Competitive hourly rate of $34.00 base wage + an extra $2.00 hour for a year
Additional $2/hr bonus for no call ins
Additional Bonus for picking up extra shifts.
Full-Time/Part-Time shift available.

1st/2nd/3rd shift: 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm/10pm-6am
