Now Hiring: LPN/RN Unit Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LPN or RN Unit Manager to join our team at our skilled nursing facility. This leadership role is ideal for a compassionate nurse who is ready to guide a team, ensure quality resident care, and help maintain a positive work environment.

Unit Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the assigned nursing unit
Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality care
Monitor resident care plans and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to staff
Assist with staffing, documentation, and reporting as needed

Unit Manager Requirements:

Active LPN or RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively
