Summary/Objective:

Qualifications for LPN Licensed Practical Nurse:

Description: The selected candidate will assist in the management of patient care provided in the practice, coordinate patient flow and ensures care is delivered safely, effectively and efficiently. Additional responsibilities include interviews patients and takes medical history, gives injections, completed lab and x-ray requests, keeps charts current and screens calls within the practice/provider's guidelines, administers prescribed medications, perform simple treatment as directed by the provider, and work with services provided through Occupational Medicine for the contracted employers in the community.
