Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, managing wounds, and monitoring vital signs

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services

  • Conduct patient assessments and evaluations to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement

  • Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio.

  • 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred but not required (entry-level opportunity available).

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
