As a HHA/PCA/Caregiver, you Provide a variety of non-medical services that allow our elderly clients to stay in their homes. Help elderly clients and their families meet the challenges of aging with dignity and compassion. May provide safety assistance with showering, personal care, medication reminders, range of motion exercises, dementia care, housekeeping, and companionship to our elderly. You don’t have to be a gourmet chef, but you may prepare or assist with preparation of basic meals for your elderly client. May run errands, take your elderly client to appointments, and provide companionship activities such as reading, music, puzzles, games, cards etc. Will be awake and alert even on overnight shifts to assist our elderly clients.

Must have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick, and the ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job Meets the requirements for employees providing direct patient care Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job Have a valid driver’s license and use an insured automobile for work or access to adequate transportation The Home Health Aide shall have successfully completed a Competency Evaluation that meets the state licensing laws for home health agencies.
