Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise nursing staff during weekend shifts

  • Deliver high-quality care and ensure resident satisfaction

  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

  • Communicate resident updates to families and healthcare providers

  • Ensure compliance with documentation (PCC, MDS, care plans)

  • Respond to emergencies and provide clinical support as needed

  • Investigate and report incidents or changes in resident condition

  • Participate in shift reports and hand-offs for smooth transitions


What You Need

  • Active RN license in the state of Missouri (required)

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred

  • Current BLS/CPR certification

  • Strong leadership, communication, and assessment skills

  • Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) is a plus
