Position Summary: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

As an LPN at Charter Senior Living of Gallatin, you will play a key role in the daily care, dignity, and wellbeing of our residents. Your responsibilities include:

Providing compassionate nursing care in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care
Conducting assessments and assisting with individualized care plans
