Position Summary: Medication Technician

As a Medication Technician, you play an essential role supporting residents in both Assisted Living and Memory Care. Responsibilities include:

  • Medication administration with accuracy and compassion

  • Supporting residents with activities of daily living

  • Following and documenting individualized care plans

  • Ensuring dignity, safety, and comfort for all residents

  • Promoting teamwork and communication across all departments

This individual must perform these tasks as ordered by a physician, under the supervision of a licensed nurse, and in accordance with state and federal rules and regulations. Also, must perform routine daily tasks required in maintaining the health, comfort and wellbeing of the residents. Registered Medication Aide RMA - Essential Responsibilities: Administers medications as ordered by a physician under the supervision of a licensed nurse, in accordance with any state and federal regulations and consistent with community policy.
