Qualifications Include:

* An active License

* Short and long-term care experience preferred

* Knowledge of regulations and standards of nursing practice.

* Good interdisciplinary communication

Responsibilities include:

* Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care.

* Accurate documentation in accordance with the orders provided.

* Provide patient-centered care to residents

* Provide direction to support staff

* Be respectful and compassionate to residents, families, and other caregivers.
