Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes, including assisting with all ADLs

Requirements:

  • Must be a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or be willing to obtain certification within 3 months of hire

    • PART_TIME_AND_FULL_TIME positions available
