Responsibilities include:

  • Daily care & interaction with residents
  • ADL's  
  • Personal Hygiene 
  • Ensuring Residents are set up for Meals 
  • Participate in passing meal trays 
  • Feeding Residents that require assistance 
  • Turning of resident in bed ( as per care-plan or as required) 
  • Transporting of residents as necessary 
  • Going on scheduled appointments with resident if needed
  • Report any issues or to Nurse or Supervisor 

Hours / Shifts Available:

·        Full Time & Part-time schedules

·        Shifts: Days & Nights, alternate-weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:

·        Must have an NY certification in good standing

·        Must be vaccinated or willing to be vaccinated (including Booster)

·        Good communication & interpersonal skills
