Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager:

Previous Experience as an Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager preferred
Registered Nurse Licensed
40 hours a week
Hospice experience a plus, not required, willing to train
Covering all of Cape May County
Medical, dental, vision after 90 days
401K
4 weeks PTO
7 paid holidays
Hospice experience preferred
