What You’ll Do:

Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality care is delivered on your shift
Monitor and support medication distribution, blood draws, and treatment plans
Conduct rounds to assess resident needs and staff performance
Educate residents, families, and team members as needed
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Collaborate with leadership to support a culture of excellence
Additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator

Qualifications:

Active New Jersey RN license (unencumbered)
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Long-term care experience preferred but not required
Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus
LPNs with strong leadership potential may be considered
