Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including but not limited to:
+ Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
+ Assisting with feeding, toileting, and mobility
+ Reporting changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and services
• Collaborate with licensed nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in facility-wide quality improvement initiatives
• Demonstrate a positive and respectful attitude towards residents, families, and colleagues

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of New Jersey
