Prosper Life Care is looking for an outgoing, passionate, and dependable person to join our team as a RCA (Resident Care Aide) on a part time basis.

As a RCA for Prosper, you will be providing care that brings prosperity to a person's life. The primary objective for the RCA is to assist residents with ADL’s and medication management, while still maintaining the resident’s independence and quality of life. Beyond ADL assistance, the RCA must be prepared to smile, laugh, and have a good time with the residents.
