Responsibilities

  • Performs skilled nursing services under the supervision of an RN.

  • Assists patients in learning self-care techniques.

  • Assists physician and RN in performing specialized procedures.

  • Communicates current health status and needs of patients to the RN and other staff.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Current LPN license, specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work.

  • Current CPR certification.
  • Less than one year of clinical LPN experience.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation and required liability insurance.
