REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid driver’s license; Safe driving record (less than 6 pts.)

  • Reliable transportation and automobile insurance

  • Criminal background check that meets agency and state standards

  • Flexibility 

  • Eighteen (18) years of age.

Salary

·         $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Home Health Aide Job Responsibilities and Duties Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Support clients with mobility, including transfers and light exercise Collaborate with nurses and family members to follow care plans Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior to supervisors Document care activities and maintain accurate client records Stay updated on home health protocols, safety standards, and best practices Align care with client needs and agency care objectives Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams Home Health Aide Qualifications and Skills Strong caregiving and interpersonal abilities Basic knowledge of personal care and health safety practices Excellent proficiency in following care plans and documenting activities Experience in home health, caregiving, or related roles Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and emotional situations Strong communication and time-management skills Client-focused and compassionate approach Valid driver's license; Safe driving record (less than 6 points) Must have a vehicle and automobile insurance Pay Rate · Starting pay is 13.00 per hour
