Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Unit Manager (RN/LPN) to join our team at Roswell Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, located in the heart of historic downtown Roswell, Georgia. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our sub-acute, skilled nursing, and long-term care units, providing exceptional care to our patients and residents.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and Coordinate: Manage a team of skilled nursing professionals, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensuring high-quality patient care and effective communication among staff members.
Assess and Plan: Conduct regular assessments of patients and residents, develop individualized care plans, and implement and evaluate treatment programs.
Monitor and Evaluate: Monitor patient progress, identify areas for improvement, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.
Provide Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Maintain Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
Requirements:
Education: [Level of Education] degree in Nursing (RN or LPN) from an accredited institution.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Unit Manager or similar role, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
Licensure: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN) in the state of Georgia.
