PeaceHealth is seeking an experienced RN for a Relief/Per Diem role on the inpatient Surgical unit at St. John Medical Center in Longview, Washington. This is a Relief Night shift position working 12-hour shifts as needed, 7pm - 7:30am.

The wage range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $52.15 – $77.39 Additional compensation for BSN/MSN, specialty nursing certification, shift differentials, and a 15% relief differential in lieu of benefits. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors include RN work experience and terms of the WSNA collective bargaining agreement.

Job Summary

Provides professional nursing direct patient care in compliance with professional practice and unit standards. Promotes a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach towards patients, families and all members of the care delivery team.

Essential Functions

Qualifications

Education

  • Accredited School of Nursing Required: Nursing

Experience

Credentials

  • Required: WA State Registered Nurse
  • Required: Upon Hire Basic Life Support Certification
  • Required: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire
