Respond to all family and resident concerns. Participates in the Quality Improvement/Quality Assurance program. Makes walking rounds. Completes Daily Check List and turns into ADON daily. Assists ADON as needed. Completes Monthly Summaries as assigned. Completes Skilled documentation as assigned. Other duties as assigned.
