What You’ll Do

As the Regional MDS Nurse, you will:

Provide clinical and technical oversight of the RAI/MDS process across assigned SNFs
Train, support, and mentor facility MDS Coordinators
Ensure accurate and timely completion of MDS/CAAs
Monitor reimbursement, PDPM accuracy, and compliance
Assist facilities with audits, education, and best practices
Travel between sites in Florence, Birmingham, Mobile, and Montgomery (mileage reimbursed)

What We’re Looking For

Must Have:

Registered Nurse (RN)—Alabama license required
3–5 years of hands-on MDS / RAI experience (PDPM expertise required)
Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid & case-mix
Ability to train, mentor, and support facility teams
Ability to travel between Alabama locations
