LPN – Key Responsibilities
Administer and document medications and treatments
Assist physicians and providers with exams, treatments, and procedures
Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition
Communicate resident status updates to the RN Supervisor and clinical team
Support residents with compassion and professionalism
Perform additional nursing duties as needed to support the team
LPN Qualifications
Valid LPN License in the State of Alabama
Current CPR certification
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Excellent clinical judgment & communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
