OPCO temporarily deploys licensed/certified and trained nursing professionals such as RN, LVN/LPN, and CNAs, to nursing home facilities to provide patient care. Members will typically deploy for six (6) weeks to eight (8) weeks and work up to 12 hours on an AM or PM shift during 24-hour operations depending on the facility’s needs.
