Position: Clinical Manager 

NHC HomeCare Hendersonville is looking for a Clinical Manager (RN) to join our team! The Clinical Manager is a Registered Nurse who manages and directs all patient care services and personnel in the HomeCare agency. 

We need an energetic sharp RN who loves people and wants to help our agency provide excellent care!

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse in Tennessee or compact state
  • Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse, with home experience (we like 6 months at least)
  • Supervisory experience
  • Committed to helping meet patient goals
  • Current Driver’s License, car insurance, and good driving record
  • Able to meet Background Screening requirements

  • Hiring and maintaining the best clinical staff
  • Coordinating referrals and on-going care with patients, their caregivers, hospitals and physicians, and our clinicians ;
  • Helping NHC HomeCare meet our patients' needs
