Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – Hudson Falls, NY

We’re looking for a natural leader — someone who knows that great care starts with great teamwork. Our healthcare facility in Hudson Falls, NY is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing who’s ready to step up, support our nursing staff, and help create an environment where both residents and team members thrive.

In this role, you’ll be the right hand to the Director of Nursing, helping guide the daily flow of care while ensuring every resident receives the attention and respect they deserve. You’ll take part in everything from care planning and compliance to training, mentorship, and staff development.
