As an Associate Wellness Director LPN, you’ll provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations.

Essential Job Functions: Ensure that the unit operates efficiently, meets its goals, manages resources effectively, and coordinates with other units or departments as needed. Help to maintain and restore health of resident. Acts as a main point of contact between residents and their families. Addresses and assist in preventing concerns from family members. Oversees and audits changes made to care plans. Delivers hands-on care and medicine distribution as needed. Audits and completes charting, evaluations, medical forms, and other administrative tasks. Identifies procedural problems and works with the Director of Nursing to resolve issues. Evaluates, prioritizes and meets the care needs of each resident. Other necessary job functions: Participate in Quality Assurance, Safety, PIPs and other committees as required. Provide a safe working environment for staff members, promptly reporting any accidents and implement corrective and preventive action appropriately Participate in daily morning meetings.
