As a Certified Nursing Assistant CNA, Personal Care Assistant PCA or Home Health Aide HHA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

The CNA Care Partner will: Assist with activities of daily living such as grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, bathing/showering, eating, etc. Assist with personal and household chores, such as tidying up room, errands, delivering mail and/or newspapers. Transport residents within the community to meals, enrichment activities, and other programs as needed. Ensure resident care plans are reviewed and followed consistently.
