Your Day-to-Day:

• Monitor the client to make sure they are well cared for.
• Assist clients with personal care - think showers, dressing, and oral care.
• Aid with mobility - from beds to walks to wheelchairs.
• Be there for medication reminders.
• Assist with preparing meals.
• Observe and report any change in condition- because you care.
• Document your day, in line with our warm policies.

 Essentials You Bring:

• A clean background check and a reliable transportation.
• Following care plan directions and an ability to be present with your clients.
• An understanding heart that can manage the ebb and flow of care work.

Are you Qualified?

• Have a current CHHA license
• Active participation and movement.
• Pass and background check and drug test
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
