We’re hiring Hospice LVNs - compassionate professionals who provide skilled nursing and palliative care to patients and families during their most vulnerable moments. This role blends clinical expertise, empathy, and relationship-building to deliver dignified, meaningful care.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver skilled nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse
- Provide pain and symptom management, medical treatments, and patient education
- Support patients and families through end-of-life care with empathy and professionalism
- Participate in care planning and collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospice protocols
- Travel to patient homes across Orange County
Qualifications:
- Valid LVN/LPN license in the state
- Minimum 1 year of LVN/LPN experience
- Hospice experience preferred but not required
- CPR certification required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working around animals and pets
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
- May be required to work outside regular hours based on patient needs
