• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, FHM
• Required Skills: Antepartum, Labor and Delivery, High Risk Antepartum, Assist with sterile speculum exam (effacement, dilation, station, presentation), NST (Non Stress Tests), Reflex checks / edema assessment / clonus, Sterile vaginal exam, Triage of obstetrical patients, Use of EFM (External Fetal Heart Monitoring), Spiral Electrode Placement, Use of External Fetal Monitoring, Use of Internal Fetal Monitoring, Use of IUPC (Intrauterine pressure catheter) placement and calibration, Recognition and Treatment of abnormal fetal heart rate patterns, Administration of blood & blood products, Drawing Venous Blood, Starting and maintaining IVs, Use of infusion pumps / drips / IV monitoring, Anticoagulants, Antiseizure, Antihypertensives, Insulin drips, Magnesium Sulfate therapy, Pitocin (oxytocin), Prostaglandins, Terbutaline, Amnioinfusion, Assist with high risk delivery, Assist with vaginal delivery, Circulate for C-section, Forceps/vacuum extraction, Hemorrhage/shock, Recover C-Section, Scrub for C-Section, Sterile vaginal exam, APGAR scores, Baby Nurse (“Baby Catcher”), Collect cord samples, ID/Security Banding, Radiant Warmers/Thermoregulation, Infant Identification, Newborn Assessment, Epidural Anesthesia, General Anesthesia, Pain assessment & management, Use of PCA (IV), Baby friendly protocols, Breastfeeding Support/lactation support, Episiotomy/Incisional Care, Foley catheter insertion/management, Fundus / lochia / perineum care, Wound Assessment and Care, Vaginal Delivery, Cesarean Section, Postpartum Hemorrhage, Pregnancy induced hypertension, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Vaccine Administration, Cervical Cerclage, D & C, Tubal Ligation, Telemetry Interpretation
  
  

Job Details

• Pay: $1,586/week - $1,816/week
• Assignment Length: 13-week assignment
• Shift: 3, 12-Hour 18:45 - 07:15
