Duties and Responsibilities Administrative Functions Direct and ensure the appropriate implementation and day-to-day operation of the Facility’s Restorative Nursing Program. Work in coordination with Therapy (PT, OT, ST, etc.) to maintain residents’ highest level of functioning and well-being. Implement the Restorative Nursing Program and Restorative Plan of care. Understand the concepts for use of and how to apply braces, prosthesis, slings, and restraining devices.
