Qualifications & Experience Requirements for  Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor:

· Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

  •     Previous SNF/LTC experience preferred

  •     Previous Supervisory experience in a SNF/LTC setting preferred
    Customer Service Champion a plus

  •     Weekdays M-F/Part of On Call Rotation
