You Will:
· Supervise and mentor CNAs, LPNs, and RNs
· Partner with care teams to ensure excellent outcomes
· Oversee daily clinical operations
You Bring:
· Active NJ RN license + leadership experience
· RN 3-5 Years Experienced in Subacute Setting
· Skilled in long-term care/rehab/SNF
· Strong communicator and problem-solver
