Education and Experience Graduate of an accredited LPN Program OR Wisconsin: Have completed the portion of the RN Program needed to obtain a certificate of completion in practical nursing. Illinois: Have completed the designated curriculum of a Ladder Option Approved Designated RN Program. Experience in clinical setting preferred. Certification/Licensure Licensed as an LPN in the State of Practice Approved CPR or BLS certification within 90 days Special Physical Demands The Special Physical Demands are considered Essential Job Function of the position with or without accommodations.
