Helps residents/patients with personal needs, such as eating, elimination, bathing, grooming. Ensures residents/patients are physically comfortable and assist them with mobility and activity needs. Provides physical and emotional support to residents/patients. Attends to residents/patients’ psychological comfort and social needs, such as by answering the call bell promptly, providing privacy, assisting with communication, and showing respect.
