The Staff Nurse position is responsible for the one-to-one delivery of high-quality and responsive care to our patient population. Qualifications: Current RN license in the state of Massachusetts. Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience (home care or acute care preferred). Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic office technology Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Flexibility to balance clinical care with operational and administrative tasks. Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care. Ability to work independently and adapt to a variety of home and office settings.
