Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Woodbine Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Alexandria, Virginia. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of our registered nurses and licensed vocational nurses. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and ambulating
• Monitoring and reporting patient conditions to the nursing team
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans

Education Requirements: Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Caregiver, CNA or Home Health Aide certification is preferred, but not required. Fulfill and maintain continuing education credits as required by state. Must be willing to obtain and/or maintain current First Aid/CPR certification.
