Our client is a fast-growing care delivery organization dedicated to healing wounds through a unique multi-disciplinary model across care environments. They are seeking an experienced PRN Nurse Practitioner to join their expanding team in Orlando, FL.

This role offers the chance to work on the cutting edge of wound care, utilizing advanced techniques including artificial, stem-cell, and growth factor skin substitutes. You’ll provide care directly in patients’ homes, supported by a regional clinical and operations team, with oversight from national clinical leadership to ensure extraordinary quality.

Role Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient assessments, staging, and preparation for advanced wound therapies
  • Support application of advanced skin substitutes and debridement techniques
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in home settings
  • Collaborate with regional and national clinical leaders to maintain the highest standards of care

Training & Support
  • Full training in advanced skin substitute applications and debridement techniques
  • Ongoing mentorship from national clinical leadership
  • Operational support to streamline patient care delivery

Candidate Qualifications
  • Active APRN Licensure in Connecticut
  • Master’s Degree in Nursing required
  • Willingness and ability to travel locally for home visits
  • Prior experience in Wound Care (preferred)
  • Prior experience in Debridement (preferred)
