Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
Administer medications and treatments as directed by RN or physician
Monitor residents for changes in condition and report findings
Support and supervise nursing assistants (STNAs/CNAs)
Document care accurately using electronic health records (EHR)
Additional duties as assigned by job description and management

Qualifications:

Active LPN license in the state of Ohio (Required)
New graduates welcome – training and orientation provided!
CPR certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
Interest in veteran care is highly valued
