Overview

Beebe Healthcare is seeking a dynamic Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) to support our Medical/Surgical Oncology Unit. This full-time leadership opportunity is ideal for a registered nurse with strong clinical expertise and leadership skills who is ready to advance in their career.

In this role, the Assistant Nurse Manager collaborates closely with the Nurse Manager to plan, organize, and implement high-quality patient care services. Responsibilities

Qualifications

Experience in hospital or acute care setting.
Completion of Fundamentals of Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy Administration online course (within 6 months of hire).
