Responsibilities:
Provide routine care and support to patients and residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, transferring, and ambulation
Take vital signs, report changes in patient condition, and perform other related tasks as needed
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
Demonstrate kindness, empathy, and respect for all patients, families, and colleagues
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of Georgia
Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients as needed
High school diploma or equivalent required
