Director of Nursing (DNS) Needed for a Skilled Nursing & Rehab Facility in Massachusetts!

Typical Schedule: Day shifts, Monday - Friday, with a rotating on-call requirement with other nursing leadership

Requirements:

  • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in MA

  • Provide oversight and direction to clinical team

  • Make rounds with physicians, as necessary

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, staff and medical team

  • Other special projects and duties, as assigned

  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred

  • Three (3) years or more years of experience as a manager/Director of Nursing in a nursing care center, hospital or other related health care center

  • Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices

  • Primary series of COVID vaccination is required


Salary range: $120k-$200k
