Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations, in accordance with our center's policies and procedures
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members
Administer medications and treatments, as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and report changes in patient condition, as well as maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and support
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on disease management, medication, and other health-related topics
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff development activities

Requirements:

Current Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Nursing or related field preferred
