CNA/HHA for West Palm Beach area

We are looking for CNA's or HHA's

The CNA or HHA will interact directly with clients providing comfort and assisting with daily living needs. We are searching for dedicated, compassionate, and energetic individuals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with daily living activities. This includes preparing meals, bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, transportation to doctor appointments and errands.
• Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures and abide by federal, state, and local requirements
• Completion of a state-approved CNA or HHA certification training course
• Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively

Job Type: Short Shift (9 AM to 12 noon or 4 PM to 7 PM)

Job Requirements

• HHA certificate or CNA license
• Hoyer Lift experience
• Level 2 Background w/ fingerprints
• Palm Beach County Caregiver Badge (if HHA)
• Valid Driver's License
• Auto Insurance
• CPR Certified
• TB or Chest X-ray
• Alzheimer's certificate (2 hours training required)
• HIV certificate
• Assisting with Self-Administration of Medications certificate
• One letter of recommendation
• Must be actively engaging with client.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
