Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Reliable transporation
Primary Duties:
- Conduct resident assessments and develop personalized care plans in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Provide effective nursing care following established standards.
- Ensure compliance with Resident Rights and train others on these principles.
- Maintain knowledge of pharmacy protocols and infection control procedures.
