As a compassionate LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse. Ideal candidates will be experienced in providing diverse basic care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

Administer prescribed medications timely, clean and dress wounds
Assist with other basic medical care tasks
Collect samples for lab testing as assigned
Provide psychological and emotional support when needed
Communicate with patients' family to provide advice, comfort and discharge instructions

Ideal Candidates will possess:

1 year of nursing experience within a SNF/LTC setting preferred
1 year of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience
Current State of CT Licensure
Current CPR/BLS Certfication
