Schedule:
- Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 2nd & 4th Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant (MA) to join our functional medicine practice in Mesa, AZ. This position is ideal for a Medical Assistant who is passionate about integrative and functional medicine, values patient-centered care, and enjoys working in a supportive clinical environment. The MA will play a key role in clinical support, patient flow, and direct patient interaction.
Responsibilities
- Room patients, obtain vitals, and assist with clinical documentation.
- Support providers with exams, procedures, and functional medicine workflows.
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked exam rooms and clinical areas.
- Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, patient education, and follow-up.
- Ensure accuracy in patient charting, EMR documentation, and clinical records.
- Provide superior patient service with a compassionate and professional approach.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to maintain smooth office operations.

- BLS certification is a plus
- Phlebotomy experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work a variable schedule including assigned Saturdays.
