Position Overview

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to fill an opening at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Sandusky, OH. This position offers an exceptional work-life balance with a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive primary care services, including patient exams, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Develop and manage individualized care plans, referring patients to specialists as appropriate.

  • Prescribe medications in accordance with Ohio laws and the FNP scope of practice.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Advanced Practice Nursing
  • Licensure: Current Ohio Nurse Practitioner license
  • Certification: Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner
    • Experience in community health, ambulatory care, or FQHC settings
  • Soft Skills: Compassionate care, team collaboration, patient education, quality improvement focus
