Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive primary care services, including patient exams, diagnosis, and treatment.

Prescribe medications in accordance with Ohio laws and the FNP scope of practice.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Advanced Practice Nursing
Licensure: Current Ohio Nurse Practitioner license
Certification: Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner
Experience:

3+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner
Experience in community health, ambulatory care, or FQHC settings
