Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Skilled Nursing Facility | Lancaster, PA

We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the care team at our client’s skilled nursing facility in Lancaster, PA. Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor residents’ health conditions and collaborate with the Charge Nurse and interdisciplinary team
Deliver care for residents with dementia, IV therapy, dialysis, wound care, and other specialized needs
Assist in implementing individualized Care Plans to support residents’ well-being
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
Foster positive interactions with residents, families, and healthcare staff
Perform additional duties as assigned to support resident care and facility operations

Qualifications:

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania, in good standing
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

Schedule:

Full-Time & Part-Time – Day (7a-3p), Evening (3p-11p), or Overnight (11p-7a) shifts available
