Registered Nurse Unit Manager Responsibilities You'll Love:

  • Supervise and lead a team of nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of care for residents.
  • Assess resident health conditions, develop individualized care plans, and monitor progress.
  • Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration and treatments as needed.
  • Collaborate with physicians, healthcare teams, and family members to coordinate patient care.
